You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except where required by law.
Cost estimates are generated by AI using publicly available data. We make no warranty that these estimates reflect actual costs in any specific location. Always verify figures with authoritative local sources before making relocation or financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIVABILITY and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on cost estimates provided by the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
